Terms of service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These terms cover use of FanSay, a feedback tool for sports clubs, provided by Hutch Media Group Ltd trading as FanSay (“we”, “us”). By creating a club account or submitting feedback through FanSay, you agree to these terms.
What FanSay is
FanSay gives a sports club a public page where fans can leave feedback, and a private dashboard where club administrators can read, manage and respond to it. Clubs pay a recurring subscription for access to the dashboard; submitting feedback as a fan is free and doesn’t require an account.
Club accounts
- You must give accurate information when setting up your club’s account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
- One club per account, unless agreed otherwise with us.
Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe, at the rate shown at signup.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continuing to use FanSay after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the public feedback form to send spam, abuse, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, blocklists, or other abuse-prevention measures.
- Use FanSay to collect personal data from fans beyond what the feedback form itself asks for.
- Misrepresent your club’s identity or impersonate another organisation.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse.
Content and moderation
Fans submit feedback at their own responsibility. We don’t pre-moderate submissions before they reach a club’s dashboard. Clubs are responsible for how they act on and respond to feedback they receive, and for moderating or blocking abusive senders using the tools provided.
Availability
We aim to keep FanSay available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’re not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, beyond what’s required by law.
Liability
FanSay is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law doesn’t allow us to exclude, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
